thoughts:

Himiko Toga never chose a villain name because she has always been the monster and demon for others, internalizing it. But also because she isnt trying to be someone else, but proudly show herself and her love -AFO exploited this to reaffirm the previous, so she never even realized she could give her blood for others.

Ochako Uraraka's goal and arc isn't finished until we see a few main points: "who will save heroes?" A discussion about heroism and saving, and I wouldnt be too surprised if saving villains also come up here as a developed version of the first. They are all people, and that's what matters over their assigned roles. "Himiko Toga". Where is she? Ochako's arc can't be finished until we see or hear what ended up happening. "What does she feel about it all?" She needs a resolution and express her feelings, and with the hiding she has done recently I cant help but wonder even more about Himiko's state, as she is the person who makes Ochako feel safe enough to talk about her thoughts. And lastly"You like him, dont you?" What will happen with her love for Izuku? Is she going to hide it, confess, talk about it more with Himiko? I still think about "the reveal" during her fight with her, and her hair covering her whole face... It could be because she "needs" to tell and show her whole face to Izuku*. I would prefer it another way tho

*She said she admires Himiko for being able to say her feelings and love who she does with her whole face, if I remember correctly, while remembering an Izuku who is looking somewhere (someone?) else smiling. I believe its important that she doesnt have her face shown there, but we still dont have a clear reason why. Is she just not able to show that love to Himiko because she hasn't shown Izuku first? Is it because she no longer feels it? In the next panel she says shes now going to stop her, we can see her face, and her mouth is covered in blood. Is it because their battle was never about him? Because she is ashamed of those feelings? Because she doesn't want to engage in them?

With chapter 425 taking us by surprise because of her first interaction with Midoriya after the war, I prefer to think she has her hair covering her face because she still can't be honestly herself with him. Partially? Yes completely, but she can't tell him her feelings like with Himiko.

I hope she expresses her feelings to the class, to her parents, her friends, the civilians... but I really don't think a confession to him and him only would solve anything.

She doesn't want or can't chase him and his feelings like with Himiko; Izuku is acting weird, upset about many things, and she doesn't see that, im sure she would have tried to help if she actually knew. Even tho she looks around to find a crying Himiko, she doesn't try to do the same now, and in fact rejects it; she decided her feelings are not for him or others to see, at least at the moment.

So how does Hori plan to change this in such little time? Is Izuku going to chase after her, when thats what he has always done with everything he wants? Doesn't he deserve to be chased back? Doesnt she deserve the right to decide how much of herself she wants to reveal to him? Or mourn the loss in her own terms, in case Toga's dead or she thinks she is?

With her feelings for both Midoriya and Toga she has tried to put heroism first, focus only on that; with the first one because she fails at her goals and just blindly imitates him without finding herself, and the second one because she shouldn't feel that way and questions herself over those quite frequently.

I have no idea if Horikoshi plans to make her put her feelings first for him over heroism like she did with her -risking it and acting against what a hero "should" do so they can both just be Himiko Toga and Ochako Uraraka.

I have no idea, but it would make me so sad if he did.

EDIT:

In chapter 424 we see Shoto first in the hospital, when the narration explains things cant be as simple as Deku thought as a kid. Then Ochako appears, with her arm over her stomach probably thinking about her fight. It can't end so easily, and I wouldnt be surprised if chapter 427 or 428 was about them.

Fun thought: what if Himiko is the one about to see Spinner? jkjkjk. It could be cute tho.

Izuku isn't losing his arms and here's why:

Okay so I know that we're all freaking out over that one manga panel, but we really shouldn't be.

Deku isn't going to lose his arms. It's all in his head.

Just stay with me.

First and foremost, look at the reactions from the characters when they join the battlefield. Specifically Aizawa:

What about this screams 'one of my students just lost both of his arms and may not end up having a future as a hero anymore?'

You would think that if Hori were to really go through with Izuku losing his arms, he would put more emphasis on the characters' reactions to make it more impactful, right?

To further reinforce this idea, we also need to consider the significance of Izuku's hands in Katsuki's arc. Whether you view their relationship as romantic or not, you can't deny that Izuku's hands holds significance to Katsuki. It represents the time when their relationship first fell apart, and I think in order to call their relationship fully 'healed' and complete Katsuki's growth, he's going to need to accept Izuku's hand again.

I mean, look at how foreshadowed the handhold is. There's no way they're not going to be holding hands by the end of the series. It's a necessity at this point.

And yes, you can argue that they already did hold hands, but to me that handhold didn't seem like the official one. It wasn't as impactful as it could've been. Now, while I'm not saying that the handhold didn't have any emotion to it, I feel like it's impact got a little diluted by Katsuki's revival. It wasn't the main focus. I think that the proper handhold is going to come later and be in it's own moment.

And, I mean, Izuku kind of needs his hands for that to happen.

So now you may be wondering, if Izuku hasn't lost his arms, then how do you explain what's happening to him right now?

Well, like I said earlier, it's all in his head. I think it's AFO fucking around with his mind.

I think AFO is somehow manipulating the vestige world and OFA mental connection he was with Izuku to make him hallucinate that he's lost his arms. He wants Izuku to crumble, and what better way to do that than to convince him that his dream is over and that there's nothing he can do?

I feel like this has also been foreshadowed in a way too. Take a look at this picture:

This image already foreshadowed Ochako getting stabbed in the chest, so perhaps it's also foreshadowing Izuku's fate?

The knife is in his head, so perhaps it's hinting at him being affected psychologically?

Also, the idea that it's only those that are connected to the vestige realm that can see the illusions that AFO is planting would be a great way to get Katsuki to be a part of the final fight too.

We already know that's he's going to be involved somehow. Hori himself said that the ending for mha was going to be better than the ending for Hero's Rising (the one Kats and Izu share OFA), and what better way to improve that than have Katsuki come save him from the mind fuckery?

I also think that finally having Izuku and Katsuki fight side by side has been foreshadowed for a long time, and if that really were to happen, then there's no better time for that than the final fight.

Also, Katsuki's really the only one that can save Izuku right now if my theory were to be true. He's the only character that fits the very specific requirements that Izuku needs (being connected to the vestige realm, and also having a willingness to save/help Izuku).

Speaking of, Katsuki being connected to the vestige realm was a shock for us all, and it doesn't make sense for why Horikoshi would show us such ground-breaking information if he didn't plan on using it later. This has to be the later. There's no other case where I can see Katsuki's connection to the vestige realm being implemented into the story again other than this.

So here's the TL;DR:

Izuku is being mindfucked by AFO and Katsuki is going to be the one that brings him back to reality

no one knew were you hid yourself at random parts of the day, one minute you’re there and the next you’ve disappeared.

the class was overbearing in your normal form, constantly picked at your cheeks and touching your fluffy ears. no one cared how flustered you got, they’d just coo and continue to baby you. the girls found it comforting to have you on their laps and play with your ears, even enjoying to watch you eat with your nose twitching.

however, todoroki was part of that train. you were his source of comfort when he was angry or needed a break.

Mina liked to dress you up in pink clothes, Tsu would be there taking pictures with Ochako.

deku knew about your quirk front to back like everyone else in his notebook. which foods refilled your energy, how often you took naps, were to scratch your ears. he knew everything about you, good and bad.

however none of them had ever seen you as a bunny. the small animal you turned into made you shy and skittish, and you wanted to rest without your friends petting you. even your teacher, aizawa had never seen you like that before.

“guys,” denki put down the switch in his hands while his friends payed attention to different things. Bakugo and kiri fighting over the game on the tv, Jiuro looking through a magazine while Mina watched tiktoks with her feet rested over kiri.

“do you guys hear that?” the only one to turn their heads was jiuro. She looked around and tried to listen but the boys yelling blocked her from hearing anything.

“No, no,” denki got up from the bed , “it’s whimpering, and it sounds like a animal.” Mina looked up to the boy jumping over her. this caught her attention at the word animal. she placed her phone down and lifted herself up to follow him.

“What animal would be in the dorms? Do you think koji has one?” it wasn’t a bad guess really, the boy did it often.

“Where the hell are you guys going?” The angry blonde shouts while still staring at the tv and smashing the controllers in his hands. “Bring me a coke if you’re going to the kitchen.” Kirishima asked while doing the same as his friend.

they hummed and exited the room and they heard the sound get louder, just outside their door was a vent at the top of the wall. They heard squeaky. Their eyes fell on a small fluffy animal with pink and white fur, the legs kicking around to try and stay in the vent but was close to falling.

“That’s weird,” denki titled his head when he noticed something familiar. You had the same patterns on your ears, he knew them like the back of his hands.

“Don’t just stand there!” Mina elbowed him and jumped forward to help the animal stuck, she tried to reach for it but was to high. “It’s okay little buddy, Mina’s got you!” She tried to soothe the thing but it just got more intense with it’s kicking.

but it didn’t help them, when they started to panic their body started to fall back and the small feet started to kick them off the walls.

you started to squeal and pray you could get back up but you weren’t ever that lucky. so you feel down and Mina was quick to catch you and hold you close. you tried to get away but she didn’t let you go.

“it seems so scared,” she coo’d and looked over your bunny form, “what do you think spooked it?”

She didn’t get a response as denki just looked at you. The gears in his head spinning and it only took a moment before his eyes went wide while looking into your eyes.

“It’s y/n!” he shouted excitedly and tried to reach for you but mina turned and held you close.

“No! I got her first! She came to me.” She started to pet your fur. The mention of you made her protective and clingy. and now that you were a hopeless little bunny, she couldn’t let you go!

“Not fair,” he pouted, “I heard her cries! It was me, so give her to me.”

the whole class heard them argue, and you whining to be let go. soon the students exited their our rooms and find them in the hallway, even the students below. they found you in her arms as a bunny. now everyone started to fight at who got to hold you since they have never seen you like this before.

some tried to steal you away. So you were going from classmate to classmate. You hated it. This was the reason you didn’t want to show them!

as they all fought they didn’t notice their teacher approached and readying his quirk. sero got to you and made a run for it but he was met with Aizawa standing their with his scarf and his eyes glowing red. He looked deadly and ready to fight a villain.

“Give her.” He demanded and sero was quick to obey. Once aizawa had you he walked off to his room leaving them disappointed and upset. iida and Tsu tried to calm everyone down but missed your presence.

once you were back in his room he placed you down, “you okay kid?” within seconds you transformed back into your human form. you sighed.

“No, I just wanted some peace and quiet. I took a wrong vent and got caught.” he hummed and patted your head.

“all you have to do is ask and I’ll tell them to back off, or you can come here and rest.” He threw a blanket over himself and yawned.

“I off all people know how much naps help.”

you nodded your head, “can you lift me into the vent again?” he groaned but complied to your request.

once you were back into your bunny form he lifted you into the vent and you ran off, your little footsteps echoed off the metal. you went back to your dorm and locked your door, then went under your bed to the nest you made for yourself.

but the underlying problem was that when you went to class the next morning they would all be all over you.

“we all know that our favorite hero's birthday is swiftly approaching! so we’re all itching to know.. what are you getting your husband? i’m sure everyone is wondering how you deal with getting him a birthday present. i mean, the man can quite literally have anything he wants. people either give it to him or he can buy it with all the money he has from being a pro!"

it was your fault for thinking you could just go get a coffee in peace. especially around this time of year. ever since izuku had become number one people are starting to see izuku's birthday as a small holiday. they would have a small parade for him whether he decided to attend or not. though every year he did post out his humble thanks on social media.

you got into your car quickly shutting the door in the paparazzi's face. it wasn't the first time that this was being brought to your attention. from the first time izuku hit the ranks people have sent him elaborate gifts. from friends, family, and fans (lots and lots of fans) it stretched out from small handmade gifts to free week long vacations at the resort of his choosing. so yeah, there was a bit of pressure when giving him gifts. he'd always reassure you though that gifts from you were hands down his favorite.

though this year you wanted him to actually mean it. because last year you were sure that whoever gave him that extremely rare, limited addition all might figure beat you by a long shot. given it's displayed in his home office right next to your wedding picture.

it had taken you a while to really figure out what would mean the most to him in a gift, but you had finally figured it out. the only hard part was putting it all together in the short period of time.

"hm" izuku hummed rubbing his hands up and down your sides. a cheap paper birthday hat sitting crooked on his head "when can i open your gift?" he mumbled looking up at you. it was clear that he was slightly tipsy from the way his cheeks were dusted pink, and the fact that you had just told him the answer. you gently placed one hand on his cheek leaning in to give his nose a kiss.

"i told you baby. when they're finished outside" you smiled at his small pout and weak attempt to pull you in closer. you all had decided that it would be nice to have a get together centered around him. since it was just old friends, none of them cared about the proximity of you both.

five minutes had passed before the guys came in giving you a thumbs up.

"it's all set!" kirishima wrapped his arms around katsuki and kaminari who nodded in agreement.

"you sure you don't need help cleaning up y/n? we can stay" ochako offered already throwing things away along with the help of iida. you shook your head getting up from izuku's lap.

"no it's fine! you've already helped so much already" you said your goodbyes along with coaxing izuku to do the same. once they were all gone you shut the door and immediately felt a looming presence behind you. izuku wrapped his arms around your waist with a goofy smile.

"is it a sexy surprise? is that why they had to leave?" his hands roamed lower making you yelp with a giggle.

"izuku, no! it's not that kind of surprise" you turned and pulled away making him frown "but maybe you'll get that later. now c'mere" you grabbed his hand pulling him outside. he trailed behind you with curious eyes. though curiosity turned into confusion as he noticed what they had set up. it was an inflatable movie screen with a projector in front of it.

you guided him towards one of the couched you had in your backyard "take a seat and i'll explain" he nodded going to sit down as you brought the projector back then placed the computer in his lap "okay, so this is my gift to you. it's kind of like a little trivia game and you get rewards if you know that right answer. all of the answers will be numbers and when you get the number you click on the file that matches" you pointed to the computer full of files with different numbers. he noticed the piece of paper you were holding and decided to take a peek "so this is your first little question. how many students were there in class 1-A?"

"twenty" he said with no hesitation and went to find the file on the computer. a smile found its way onto his lips when he found it, but before he could click it, he noticed the weight shift on the couch. you were leaving. his hand instinctively went to grab yours "where are you going?"

you placed your hand over his "izuku this present is just for you. i promised i wouldn't look and you'll see why" you leaned in to place one last kiss on his cheek before walking back into the house to clean up. he watched as you walked inside but turned back to the computer. if this was how you wanted it to go then so be it. he clicked on the file which made the computer screen go dark.

"what the.." he mumbled trying to see if he broke it somehow, but his attention was quickly redirected when a video popped up on the inflatable screen and started to play.

familiar faces popped up on the screen with smiles as they waited for ochako to set the camera up just right.

“it’s perfect like that!”

“just make sure it doesn’t fall!”

“okay! okay!” she carefully stepped back into the group with a smile "three.. two.. one.."

"happy birthday deku!" his old class yelled in unison, ringing out against the cool night air. his breath caught in his throat as he looked around at the people he once went to school with and was now fighting alongside in the real world.

well, almost everyone.

"we just wanted to let you know how much we love and appreciate you!"

"you've done something special for every single one of us man. we wouldn't be the heroes we are today without you! stay manly!"

"agreed, thank you for everything you have done midoryia. we owe you" iida nodded firmly giving him a thumbs up. each one of them making sure to give their love before ochako grabbed the camera bringing it closer.

"we love you!" they all shouted before the video shut off.

crickets replaced the sound of their voices. he could feel the slight sting in his eyes which was an all too familiar feeling for him. his hand was quick to wipe them away before looking down at the next card.

each video held people that he cared about. all of them expressing their love for the green haired hero. the more files he opened, the closer he was to crying. though he wouldn't let himself, not yet. there were still two more that he needed to open.

the mouse hovered under the 'five' file. he had forgiven him a long time ago, hell, he didn't even know if he was mad at him in the first place. it was only during the war where he expressed any type of emotion about their relationship.

a deep breath left his lips as he clicked on the file.

katsuki's face showed up on the screen looking softer than usual "this fuckin' thing.." he mumbled going to make sure it was recording "alright.. if you're watching this then it means it's your birthday, so happy birthday deku" he sighed scratching his head "when your wife asked me to do this i'm not going to lie i thought it was dumb way to stroke your ego, so i said no. but then i thought about it some more and realized that i'm the one with an ego not you. you've always been humble even after you were given the most powerful quirk on earth to date" katsuki shrugged as if they talked like this all the time "as much as i hate to say it, you've taught me things. whether i was willing to learn or not. if i were to say i am the hero i am today because of only myself that would be a lie. you helped show me what a genuine hero is.. so thanks you idiot" katsuki went to turn the camera off but then another video was clipped at the end "and if you tell anybody i said this to you i'll blow your damned brains out you got that you nerd!-" the video then stopped abruptly cutting off the number two hero.

hot tears ran down the man's freckled cheeks as the clip closed out. it had taken years of hard work, but it felt like there was something inside him that finally healed. izuku sniffled taking one of the tissues from the side table which you had left out for him. always so thoughtful.

after taking a moment to gather himself once more, he picked up the very last card.

he chuckled at your little note beside it before clicking on the very last file. your face popped up on the screen with your bright smile right in the camera.

"oh! sorry if there's anything in my nose. i didn't check before this started" he laughed watching as you went to back up. you sat down on the couch of your shared living room. he couldn't help but admire you sitting there. he remembers when the two of you first bought the house. going from store to store to pick out the most perfect decorations that would satisfy both of your tastes. even though he said he was happy with whatever you loved.

"hi my love, and happy birthday. i hope you liked this little gift i put together for you. i know it's not some impromptu vacation, but i hope you enjoyed it at least a little bit. i guess my video is just going to be a repeat of what you already know. just that i love you and i am so so proud of you not only as a hero but as a person. i know how hard it is for you to ask for help sometimes, so just the fact that you feel comfortable with me is enough. you've come so far from all that you've endured in high school til now. i hope you had an amazing birthday izuku midoryia. i love you!" you blew a kiss to the camera before going to shut it off.

izuku let out a shutter of a laugh, that quickly turned into a cry. though these weren't tears of sadness, but the absolute opposite. he stood up and made his way back into the house. you had just finished wiping down the dining room table and felt him before you saw him. two big arms wrapped around your torso. a rather familiar feeling that you hoped you would never forget. you should feel a slight shake to his body which had you turning around.

tears could be seen streaming down the man's face but he didn't have an ounce of shame. you grabbed the bottom of your shirt going to wipe them off but he didn't give you a chance. his arms pulled you into a tight hug. one hand resting on the middle of your back the other on the back of your head. you wrapped your arms around him head laying on his chest.

and the two of you stood there. izuku's quiet cries being the only noise that filled your living room.

he needed this.

you didn't know how long it had been before he spoke up, but it really didn't matter.

"thank you.." he whispered out giving you one last squeeze. you pulled away ignoring the newfound wetness on your sleeve.

YANDERE DEKUSQUAD HEADCANONS

Ochako and Tsuyu just LOVE and ADORE seeing you in cutesey frilly dresses which make you look like a baby. They like dressing you up in various different outfits and take thousands of pictures of you in an outfit in hundred different poses just so the entire dekusquad can drool over you later on

Iida and Todoroki are the actual masterminds behind all the planning like how you're going to fall in love with them, whom they should kill for talking to you and being too close to you and stuff like that which requires INTENSE planning. They are also the types of yanderes who will not hesitate to punish you when you behave badly. Yes, it breaks their hearts as much as it breaks Deku's and Uraraka's and Tsuyu's when you get punished by Iida and Todoroki, but it can't be helped. Those 3 are TOO soft with you and REFUSE to even make you cry whereas Iida and Todoroki are like the strict parent types. At least, that's what I feel

Whenever Todoroki gets out of hand like he's almost going to burn you or freeze your limbs off, the other members of the Dekusquad will tell him to calm the FRICK down and Iida will have a very stern lecture with him on how he should control his anger while Tsuyu, Uraraka and Deku will be busy trying to pacify you and baby you 

Izuku will make sure you are getting enough rest and you're getting enough to eat and you're healthy, stuff like that. He's like the soft overprotective mom whereas Iida is like the strict overprotective mom. Izuku will make sure you fall asleep EXACTLY at your planned bedtime and if you can't sleep, he'll stick to your side like a LEECH ngl... or he might play some soft jazz music and help you sleep by slowly stroking your hair and petting your head. Yes, it does get the others all riled up and jealous ASF, but they don't want to start a fight in front of you since you're already scared of them, no point in making you MORE scared than you already are

They will actually have a weekly schedule so you can spend time with ALL of them. Don't worry, they will treat you like a princess and they will smother the hell out of you and spoil you rotten to death, but if you act up, start kissing your favorite things goodbye and sayonara

Uraraka, Tsuyu and Deku are kinda like the gullible and innocent yanderes who'll be really EASY PEASY to manipulate to get whatever the HECK you want. They just LOVE to baby you and cuddle with you 

Iida likes teaching you new things and will occasionally give you treats and rewards for your good behavior 

If they're feeling particularly nice that day, they might actually consider taking you outside for some sun since staying indoors year round can't be all THAT healthy (According to Iida's research on how to keep a darling happy)

Will always make sure you're safe and happy no matter what :)

I don't even know what to say about the ending, because my expectations for it were so non-existent, but I will say this:

1A as a found family? Not canon. It really makes 1A look bad that once Izuku becomes Quirkless again, they don't talk as much anymore. It's only when he becomes Iron Izuku that they start talking to him again. Izuku even says how lonely he is now that his classmates are heroes and he isn't!

Hori's message that anyone can be a hero, even without a Quirk? Complete and utter bullshit. Again, without Iron Izuku - which took 8 YEARS to develop, he didn't stand a chance. Even All Might could only be a hero after Kamini Ward with Iron Might and that only lasted like 5 minutes.

The hero ranking system and hero culture as a whole? Basically the same as before. Apparently, the low crime rate has concentrated the pool of heroes to those who have strong Quirks.

Literally the only good thing about the ending is that Bakugou didn't become the #1 hero, and even that shows that because he NEVER FUCKING CHANGED, he's dropping in the ranks.

Moving on you are right 1A didn't have a good found family bond and canon even shows this and supports this. After they graduated and became heroes it seems like they lost contact with eachother and didn't meet eachother for casual talks or just hanging out because they're days off didn't align or their just wasn't and effort made. Heck we don't see a little reunion or even simple text messages it just seems like they drift apart and no one seems to even comfort izuku when he is officially quirkless.

I have said it and I will say it again I hate the whole concept of iron might or iron Izuku. I don't know why but I simply don't like it and the fact that it proves that you do need a quirk to become a hero. The series seems to have horrible messaging and the whole definition of hero seems to stick to the same definition in chapter one "a job, a career" that's it not it being "to help people and help society". "Anyone can be a hero" but you can't if youre quirkless I guess🤷‍♀️ .

I stand by my point that izuku could of became a quirkless hero. Not a hero like all might but a hero for sure and at this point it seems sad to see izuku lose OFA and just become iron Izuku it's just pitiful and empty and bland and bleak and well you get the jist of it.

Hero culture and heroics is still toxic. Heck I think you could argue that it's become even more toxic that the hero environment has been saturated by those that have strong quirks. It also seems like hawks really didn't do anything at all to change the system except of add a bit so other people can be celebrated but the hero polls still stand with bakugo being aggressive as ever and again showing us that he hasn't changed and his treatment to izuku seems to be the only thing that hori focuses on even though there is no focus on it from Izuku's perspective aka making all of bakugos development that is only towards izuku null.

May I also bring the point that it wasn't hawks who even tried introducing a new quirk counselling system but it was ochako?!?!!! Iam sorry it was ochako who even introduced it and is changing it like why isn't hawks there helping he is after all the head of HPSC after all. Also, the whole idea of heroes only being people with strong quirks and that the crime rate is low maybe because of it paints a horrible picture. This whole idea also proves that history is just rhyming and will soon probably repeat itself sooner or later that is.

the first time Iida and Ochako formally met you was in episode 14 when they stopped by your department you had to yank Mei off of Deku and tell her to stop feeling up your brother

the brunette almost immediately saw the resemblance and honestly thought you were pretty cute in your work outfit

Iida greatly appreciates how much calmer and more cautious you are than your pink-haired classmate, wishing he had come to you for help sooner

you were a little tempted to poke and prod at him a little, but ultimately decided to just help him out

you’ve waited this long for him to simply talk to you, might as well not try your luck

ever since you got into UA, he had been hesitant to talk to you but finally decided to bite the bullet (after Kirishima used some good old reverse psychology on him)

as you tinkered with his support items, you stole a couple glances over at him, smiling to yourself as you noticed the differences between him and the guy you knew back in middle school

you’re consistently over at the 1A dorms, especially while Izuku was under house arrest, and you like to have little meet ups with the rest of the class so you can come up with concepts for support items

sometimes Aizawa forgets that you’re not in his class with how often you hang around

The way Tomura has been dehumanized all his life by AFO and the Heroes, being called a "thing", "man-child" probably being the closest reference to any kind of human but still put down and away as something nobody wanted to deal with. The alarm bells were there, they just didn't want to hear them

And Izuku doesn't play around, doesn't dodge the subject. Tomura tells him he's not human anymore, and Izuku is reminded of what Ochako said. That she doesn't know what Toga finds obvious as opposed to what Ocha might

Therefore, Izuku hears this and realizes that Tomura doesn't see himself as human. Doesn't see himself as anything other than someone who lives only to destroy. It's something that's obvious to Tomura because he's always seen himself as that, but it wasn't to Izuku until he'd said it

So now he has to point the obvious out to Tomura. He has to make it known, because apparently Tomura doesn't know, that he's human. Always has been, always will be, even now. "All of this is part of the bigger picture, deep inside."

doing this made me realize how actually insane i am and how much ive thought about this. its something i do in relationships all the time but wow the amount of time i spent curating these is crazy

also once again this is not how i think THEY dress but how i would dress them. like how i pick their clothes out.

i think ochako usually sticks to a more athleisure sort of look and keeps it simple in general. jeans, sneakers, basics etc.

i think she gets a little self conscious wearing cute things on her own lol so in my mind i am mostly encouraging her

i dress her in stuff that's a little frillier and brighter. specifically i try to style her with the himekaji subtype of gyaru in mind which is like dressed down princess attire. stuff that accentuates her waist and hips... i like her stomach pudge...

i normally pick things in pink for her but i think she also suits green + some light brown.

megumi my beloved

i think megumi probably dresses a little closely to what i've picked here. he likes to wear simple stuff and sometimes layers but it's mostly monochrome. black + white

i like to pick out things that are only slightly more experimental and that play with androgyny for him. sometimes a skirt if he's feeling generous ++ a lot of accessories.

i also like giving him a tighter silhouette. think of what i dress him as like a dressed down techwear with some more edgy details.

him and sakura i thnk can't be pushed too far out so i try to keep in the realm of basic with some flair thats not too intimidating

i would love to put him in a mesh shirt sometime.

short writing practice one-shot, with rodydeku and erasercloud sprinkles. keep in mind this is only a hobby, and i am not an experienced writer.

wind rustled through izuku's hair as he sipped at his lychee-flavored boba. the sky was a a breathtaking orange-to-pink, and the clouds were in the cumulus formation.

izuku's always liked clouds. it was his little thing. like how denki acts like he hates it, but he actually like being compared to pikachu. yaomomo likes feeling useful. izuku likes clouds. hitoshi likes hugs-but only if its cold.

contrary to popular belief, izuku wasn't actually oblivious. he could see the way momo and kyoka looked at eachother. the way tenya looked to ochako for praise whenever he makes a joke or pop-culture reference.

the way denki always made to include hitoshi in whatever he did. the way aizawa-sensei had a picture on his desk of a blue-haired boy with a smile to rival even the brightest stars, and constantly held onto a necklace that held a ring identical to the one on his finger.

in short, he wasn't oblivious.

he was burst out of his thought process by a shuffling of footsteps behind him. a hand gently placed itself on his shoulder, warm and familiar.

"are you alright, midoriya?" aizawa-sensei's voice, gruff yet full of concern, rang out from behind him. he'd been, admittedly, softer, ever since the war. izuku thinks he, tenya and yaomomo make for great co-parents.

izuku blinked sleepily, "yes, aizawa-sensei. just..thinking about something."

"on the roof?" izuku nodded simply. his teacher huffed in fond irritation.

"..aizawa-sensei?" he started, quietly, a few minutes later. he picks at the label around his boba.

aizawa-sensei grunted.

"have you ever..loved someone that- that you can't have?" izuku's voice quivered, trailing off at the end, nervous.

"..i have."  izuku looked at his teacher, suprised.

"and how do you...deal with that?"

"other than drinking boba on roofs and staring at clouds?" he teased.

izuku tsked.

"this is about your othenan friend, isn't it?" aizawa-sensei deadpanned. izuku blushed and tilted his head in a shy 'yes'.

the black-haired man sighed and sat down next to him. the hand on izuku's shoulder moved to his head and ruffled his hair.

"..i had a friend. in my first year, when i moved to the hero course. i didn't want to be his friend, but i ended up hanging out with him and his group anyway." he could've sworn aizawa smiled. it was a wistful one, one that people would often have when reminiscing.

"he died in my second year."

"oh- i'm sorry – "

"don't apologise, kid. " he buried the lower half of his face in his capture scarf and continued, " i admit, i came to love him. romantically, i mean. but it was too late for it to go anywhere farther than it already was."

"w- what was his name?" izuku asked, gently.

aizawa-sensei hesitated before answering.

"...oboro. his name was oboro. "

izuku's smile was small, but kind, "thank you for sharing this with me, aizawa-sensei." he says, honestly. his teacher blinks, and bashfully pulls up his capture scarf to cover his mouth once more.

"c'mon, kid. let's get you back to the dorms." the gruff man offers his hand. the teen grasps it, laughing as he pulls himself up.

"..shota?" oboro had murmured, carding a hand through his boyfriend's hair as he dozed.

"mh?.. he hummed.

"do you think..we're together in every universe?" the blue-haired boy questioned softly. shota cracked an eye open to stare at him, confused.

"what brought this on?" he asks, voice hoarse from sleep. oboro blinks lazily, sky-blue eyelashes fluttering.

his face softened before he answered, "nothing, nothing! just..curious, i guess." he laughs quietly before pecking shota on the cheek.

the red-eyed boy gave a 'hmm' as he looked up at his partner. "i think, that any universe without you is a sad one." he muttered, sleepily. oboro smiled so wide his face must've hurt.

he rained kisses all over shota's face before tucking his face into the crook of his boyfriend's neck, a smitten grin stretching his lips.

shota huffed contentedly and settled down to fall back asleep.

You woke up with an excited mood, cause it wasn’t an ordinary day. It was your birthday! You were so excited! You don’t really like big celebrations but your birthday is really special to you. You always celebrate it with your parents in your hometown in Shibuya but this time, you had a different day planned for you and Izuku. You had taken a day off work, being the number 3 hero, it wasn’t easy but they let you go since it was your birthday. You had reminded Izuku to take off work too, but it seems that he forgot. You woke up to a note on your bedside table, “Sorry hun, I know you told me to take a day off but i can’t. I promise I’ll make it up to you puppy. Have a good day! I love you <3” You mouth sets into a deep frown after reading the note, he didn’t even wish you a happy birthday. 

                           You turn on your phone when you notice it has been flooded with messages. You smile when you see that all your friends have wished you a happy birthday. After you get off the phone with your best friends Ochako and Momo, you head over to the kitchen to make yourself some breakfast. As you start preparing your breakfast, you turn on the news. “Pro hero Deku saves Japan again! With his smashes and-“ You change the channel as your eyes well up with tears. He forgot about you, again. This had become a routine. You guys plan dates, he blows you off for work, tries to make up with another date but fails to show up at that too. But today was different, it was your birthday goddamnit! 

                                             But you made up your mind that you were not gonna let his absence ruin your day. You went to your favourite bakery and bought a customised (favourite flavour) cake, with a picture of your and izuku’s first date. Then you decided to pay Inko a visit. She was delighted to see you! She baked your favourite cookies as an apology for not getting anything for your birthday as she was not expecting your visit. You ate the delicious cookies and chatted with her. After a scrumptious lunch prepared by mama Inko, she decided to ask you about your relationship with Izuku. As you both were washing the dishes, she asked, “Has my Izu been treating you well? I’ll let you know that he loves you more than anything, even more than being a hero.” Your mouth sets into a frown as you answer her question. “Well, he is the best boyfriend but I don’t really think he loves me more than being a hero. He’s been blowing me off more and more lately I know being the new symbol of peace has made him really busy but he could at least make out a little bit of time for me. He could’ve atleast wished me a happy birthday….” You trail off as your eyes begin to well up with tears again. Inko feels heartbroken and pulls you into her chest as sobs rake your body. After an hour of consolidation from Mama Inko, you head home as the sun has started to set. You bid inko farewell as you walk out her door and towards the confines of your empty home. 

                        Just as you are about to enter through the door of your house, your phone rings. You Press ‘Accept’ when you see ‘Izu ❤️’ on the screen. “Hello?” “Hey puppy! Im sorry for bailing on you today. I’m getting off work early today and I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me?” Your eyes lighted up and a smile made its way onto your face when you replied, “Really?! You sure you won’t bail again?” “Of course not” “Promise me please?” “I promise Puppy! Now get ready. I’ll meet you at (favourite restaurant) at 7pm.” “Okiee! I love you Izu!” He chuckles while filling out paperwork, “I love you too Puppy” You squeal in excitement, you ere sure that he hasn’t forgotten your birthday and is planning a surprise for you. You looked at the clock and saw that it read 4:30pm. 

                You had plenty of time. After replying to a couple of birthday wishes, you ran ourself a nice bath with baths bombs and scented candles. After getting out of the bath, you started getting dolled up. You did your makeup and wore that beautiful green dress that izuku had bought you last Sunday. It hugged your body at all the right places. By the time you were done, you looked drop dead gorgeous. (Not that you already aren’t. All you readers are beautiful no matter your body size and shape. I love y’all <3. Anyways-)  By the time you were done it was already 6:30pm. You hurriedly grabbed a purse and wore your heels. You drove to the restaurant and sighed in relief when you realised you were there right on time. You made your way into the restaurant, as all eyes started following you, the receptionist was flustered when he saw you but managed to composed him as he led you to a table. You smiled politely and thanked him. 

                                   You waited happily, excited to meet him. Seconds turned into minutes and minutes turned into hours. The restaurant was kind enough to offer you a birthday cake as all the customers and employees wished you (They knew it was your birthday cause you’re the number 3 hero). Your phone ringed at 9:30pm. It was Izuku. You picked up the call and before you could say anything Izuku started pouring apologies but you already knew what was about to happen, “I’m so so sorry Puppy. I won’t be able to make it. There was a big villain in Mustafu and they said I was the only one who could-“ “It's ok. I understand. See you at home.” “Thanks a lot honey. I love you-“ Izuku was left dumbfounded when you cut off the call. He sighed and continued his paperwork, not realising what the weight of is words were. 

                                          When Izuku told you he couldn’t make it, again, you broke down into sobs then and there. You exited the restaurant after mumbling a small ‘thank you’ to the waiter who nodded and places a 2000 yen on the table even though you didn’t order anything. The paparazzi flooded the exit as they caught shots of you exiting the restaurant as a mess. You made your way home and kicked off your heels in the middle of the living room, throwing your purse on the couch as you made a beeline for the bedroom. Putting on one of Izuku’s hoodies, you fell on the bed, sobbing like you have never before. After an hour, you finally fell asleep.

                                          When the top heroes were finishing filling out the last of their paperwork about the latest villain at about 11:45pm , Bakugo started a conversation. “Deku. Didn’t you plan out something for Teddy Bear? You’ve been here the whole day. Don’t fucking tell me you forgot!” “Forgot what Kacchan?” Asked Izuku innocently. “Teddy bear’s birthday of course” When Izuku abruptly shot out of his seat, it confirmed all of their suspicions. “Ah shit- He’s dead-” Kirishima was saying when Todoroki pointed out the news on the screen in front of them. Midoriya felt like killing himself when he saw the news. “Pro hero (H/N) spotted exiting (F/R), wait is she crying?! What?! What happened that made our beloved hero cry on her birthday. To find out more keep watching-“ They were all interrupted when Midoriya finished packing up and said, “I don’t fucking care about this stupid fucking paperwork! Im going home to my girlfriend! Fucking bitchass villains!” The heroes were surprised at the number of profanities coming out of his mouth but didn’t have time to comprehend when he was already out the door. Bakugo chuckled as he continued his paperwork, “This ought to be good. He’s royally fucked.”

                                                   By the time Izuku reached your doorstep, It was already 12:10am. He had missed your birthday. Izuku’s heart broke when he entered the house and saw the mess. Broken vases, broken frames, plates scattered all over the floor and some blood on the counter. A packed birthday cake lay on the counter, a piece of it wistfully eaten by you. The final straw was when he saw you curled up on your bed, dried blood on your knuckles, and tear streaks on your face. His sobs were what woke you up from your slumber. “Izuku? Wha-“ You were interrupted when he engulfed you in a bone crushing hug. “I’m sorry Puppy-“ “Cut it out Deku. Im tired of your bullshit.” “Baby I swear. I took a day off work tomorrow. We’ll celebrate your birthday tomorrow, I’ll take you anywhere you wanna go-“ “I have work tomorrow. Besides it’ll not be my birthday tomorrow.” “Baby I’m so sorry- Please don’t be this way- I love y-“ “No you don’t” The sharpnesss of your voice sucked all the air out of his lungs. “If you would’ve, you would’ve not blown off every plan that we made the last few months, would’ve not forgotten my fucking birthday Midoriya!” He froze as the reality of his past actions finally dawned on him. Izuku breathed a sigh of relief only when you said, “It’s fine. I’ll suck it up. Now go to sleep.” He hugged you from behind as he fell into a deep slumber. At least you weren’t mad at him anymore, or so he thought.

The next morning, Izuku woke up, with a new sense of determination in his mind. He was going to make things right today! He had taken a day off and wanted to take you out for a picnic. But his hope crumbled when he woke up to an empty bed, there was a note on his pillow, “I’ve got work. I’ll be home late. Breakfast is in the fridge.” He then realised that this was what you must’ve felt like everytime he bailed on you. He decided that he was going to make you (f/d) for lunch and would take it to your office himself. That would give him a chance to see you too. So like a good boyfriend, he cleaned up the house and prepared your lunch. 

                                    On his way to your agency, he signed a couple of autographs for his fans and clicked a few pictures with them too. His smile seemed brighter than the other days since he was going to see you today. Stepping inside your agency, Izuku approached your receptionist with a bento box in hand and said, ‘Hi! I’m here to give Y/N her lunch.” “Sorry sir but she’s not here. Dynamight had dropped by earlier and took her out for lunch.” To say he was shocked was an understatement. Since when did Bakugo become so caring? Right on cue, you appeared running inside the agency feigning fear, a massive smile evident on your face. You turned back to look at Katsuki when you bumped into your boyfriend. Your smile dropped when you saw him but you quickly put on a tight lipped smile when you greeted him. The transition of the smile on your face broke Izuku’s heart but he didn’t have time to comprehend when you were picked up bridal style by someone when he announced cockily, “I win again, Teddy Bear~”                        

                                                   Everyone was shocked to hear the malice in their beloved hero Deku’s voice when he said, “Get your filthy hands off my girlfriend, Kacchan.” “What’s your deal Deku? Why play Prince Charming now when you weren’t even able to remember her-“ “Thats enough ’Suki.” You get down from his arms, and peck his cheek lightly, “Thank you for the lunch ’Suki. You should head out now. Got work to do, don’t you?” Katsuki read the room and without any retaliation, left your agency. You turned around and walked past your boyfriend towards the elevator, “C’mon Midoriya. Let’s discuss whatever case you’ve brought now.” 

                                                                 The ride in the elevator was awkward, Izuku trying to make small talk and you with your short replies. Izuku noticed that you look unusually tired today. He finally asked, “Are you okay? You look tired. Did you get enough sleep yesterday? And why did you think that I brought a case-“ He was interrupted when cut him off, “Calm down Izuku. I’m alright, why do you suddenly care about me? And I have a headache since I fell asleep after crying for an hour straight. And I said that cause you never visit my agency, except when you have something really important cause you always go to Shoto or Ochako first.” The last parts of your sentence came out as a soft mumble as Izuku held your hands in his. Izuku’s eyes widened when you said, “Am I not good enough Izu? Do you love your hero work more than m-me? Do I just get in your w-way? Do you even remember when you last k-kissed me?  When we last went on a date? I can’t do this anymore Izuku……If you want to get rid of me then just tell- mmph” Your sentence was cut short when Izuku pulled you in by your waist and kissed you more tenderly than he had ever before. So many feelings were conveyed through that kiss. Love, Affection and most prominently, Fear. 

                  He fell on his knees before you as he wept into your abdomen. You stroked his hair tenderly as tears fell from your eyes. “Please d-don’t leave me. You’re my everything. I don’t know what I’ll do without you. Im sorry I didn’t realise earlier that you were hurting so much. You are more than enough Puppy. I’m sorry I made you feel like you weren’t. I’ll even leave hero work if you tell me to. Just please don’t leave me…..” “Izu, baby, I love you. Just this time promise me you’ll be better. And you better not break your promise this time.” He starts peppering kisses all over your face as he says, “I promise. And if I break it, then you can have my head.” 

Bonus: You both were oblivious to the fact that the elevator doors were open and you had gathered quite an audience. When you both shared a last kiss, you turned your head towards the crowd when you herd a bunch of ‘Aww’s and ’They’re so cute’. You blushed and hid your head into Izuku’s chest. He chuckled fondly at your cuteness and lightly kissed your forehead, eliciting another wave of ‘Aww’s from your staff, leaving him flustered too.

But what if Tenya was Katsuki's love rival? Like, Shoto is too busy with family business and making friends, Ochako is in love with the blonde vampire girl

Tenya is right there, growing with Izuku, being his friend, learning stuff, holding his hand in hard moments, stopping each other from doing stupid shit, encouraging each other to do stupid stuff too, and they both are so passionate about what they want

Izuku and Tenya fall very naturally into something romantic, soft, born of mutual respect and friendship

And now Katsuki is in the picture, he is also slowly growing with Izuku, they are rivals, they are now friends, Katsuki wants to get to know Izuku, they passed so many years ignoring each other that he wants to know more, apart from hero stuff and food Katsuki wants to know what he watches, what he does, how he chose his clothes, what he likes in a guy, you know, he is interested in him

And then there's Tenya, who casually holds Izuku's hand, who sits with him at lunch, who hugs him when he starts to feel bad after everything that happened, who is always there, and Katsuki respects Tenya, he thinks he is a great dude (he won't tell him, but he knows how good of a hero he is and how everyone thinks he is a good person and leader even when everyone likes to annoy him) and Katsuki feels out of place but he won't give up

And then Tenya place his arm around Izuku's waist and looks at him, he slowly sinks his nose in Izuku's head and Izuku laughs and they both look so happy, and Katsuki knows it's fighting time, Tenya pretends he doesn't know about this and just keeps placing Izuku's legs on his lap
